Tell us about your wishes for your health and fitness. Together, we find out how lifestyle, training history, injuries and other health conditions impact your fitness. This conversation helps both of us see how we can work  to achieve good results.

Step 2

ASSESSMENT AND FITNESS TESTING

The free assessment checks your height, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, posture, range of motion, cardio-respiratory fitness, strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. Together, we discuss and set the goals for the personal training program.

Step 3

TRIAL SESSION

The best way to check out our system is to experience it, and we give it to you for free. We guide you through the preparatory moves and main program, and give feedback at the end of the session. Together, we discuss the schedule that works best toward the goals and fits your lifestyle, as well as working norms and other information necessary for the success of your training.

Step 4

SIGN UP FOR YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM

Your Fitness Journey begins!  You learn how to do movements safely and effectively, and “why” – the purpose and benefits. You get on-time feedback from your coach and  track your progress through re-assessment tests. Together, we discuss and adjust as necessary. Your coach will include tips for nutrition, rest and relaxation. Thus, you set yourself up for even more positive changes long-term.
